Bargaining Update – February 25, 2025

The State of Delaware has canceled today’s scheduled bargaining session for the Office of the State Bank Commissioner due to unforeseen circumstances related to the current administration and federal funding. While we are disappointed by this development, we remain committed to securing fair compensation for our members.

Tomorrow, we resume bargaining with the State of Delaware for our continued contract negotiations with the Capitol Police Dispatchers. We are optimistic about making positive progress in these discussions.

Meanwhile, Wells Fargo bargaining continues today in New Mexico, and in the coming weeks, we will begin local bargaining for Wells Fargo. Stay tuned for more updates as we move forward.
