Union Bargaining & Updates – February 2025

We have several bargaining updates and ongoing efforts across different units:

📌 Office of the State Bank Commissioner:
Bargaining will continue next week on February 25. We’re hopeful this will be a productive meeting, and we’ll have some updates for the bargaining unit soon after.

📌 Capitol Police Dispatchers:
We are set to resume bargaining on February 26. Like with the State Bank Commissioner negotiations, we’re aiming for a positive outcome and will provide updates by the end of the week.

📌 Wells Fargo:
Bargaining continues in New Mexico, with the union pushing for a national contract. However, Wells Fargo remains firm on maintaining local contracts. We will keep you updated as negotiations progress.

📌 Verizon Members:
It’s been a busy couple of weeks, and I’ll have more to share at the General Membership Meeting. Some details aren’t suited for an online post, so be sure to attend. Also, I previously posted a flyer regarding the Satellite vs. FiOS issue. If you haven’t already, please sign on to show the federal government that FiOS is the better option over satellites—every signature counts!

📌 Other Divisions:
There’s not much new to report for Delaware Health and Social Services workers, Kent County Wastewater, or the Delaware State Police 911 and Civilian Division, but as always, we’ll keep you informed if anything develops.
