6/2 Verizon

Last Friday afternoon, the union met with the company for the second time. In our first meeting, Verizon passed us their proposals. During this most recent meeting, we delivered our proposals to the company.

We’re now waiting to hear back on when we’ll meet again. As soon as I have any updates, I’ll post them.

Also, a reminder that our next General Membership Meeting is Monday, June 9. It will be held at the union hall and available via conference call from the Frederica Fire Company.

I’ll continue to keep everyone updated as soon as there’s any new information on Verizon bargaining.
